Please note the new show site which is located at the corner of
Ridge Street and Washington Ave
Pick up Space Assignments and Setup will be held on Thursday afternoon July 1st , starting at approximately 5:00 PM. We will be on the site until 9:00 PM that evening. You may stay later to set up, but someone will only be there till 9:00 PM to pass out space numbers. Also, Friday morning setup time will start at 6:00 AM. Thursday evening setup is highly recommended because we are anticipating heavy congestion the morning of July 2nd. You may pick up your space assignment only at those times.
Because I do not allow REPS, be prepared to show a pictured ID when you pick up your space assignment. There are no guaranteed space locations. All spaces are assigned by the director to make the show look good and flow evenly. So please do not ask to be moved.
The show will be advertised to run until 6 o'clock on Sunday, July 4th, so plan on staying to the end. No early tear downs will be tolerated - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Be prepared for all types of weather. We have true Colorado weather up here in Breckenridge, so be well prepared.
