Wheel thrown and altered sculptural art ceramics using self formulated macro crystalline glazes
I throw all of my stoneware pieces on the pottery wheel, carve each piece using a free-hand technique, dip in glaze, and wipe away the excess, giving the pieces a look reminiscent of sgraffito.
Whimsical clay sculpture, flat slab carving, high temperature firing, hand painting-glazing.
Handformed earthenware sculptures created using a series of slumped and jumped forms manipulated parts assembled into one of a kind sculptures multifired for the desired effect.
Posters call attention to our public lands, their conservation and the spiritual connection we have with those places. I record information for designs through painted studies and sketches.
Inspired by nature, I use drawing media (pen, ink, colored pencils) on paper that I manually create texture and finish with varnishes and mount on wood panels.

I use alcohol markers to draw wildlife and birds that are both familiar and endearing. I use a bit of realism and the imagined colors of the image during a spectacular sunset.
All original hand-cut and hand-printed silkscreen prints on archival paper using between 12 and 32 screens. Printed in very limited editions of 25 to 50 prints.
No reproductions.
